How I can help

I help mid-to-large enterprises that feel stuck in their ways modernize both their digital solutions and how their teams work — and help smaller, growing companies establish the right way of working from the start.

Many of the organizations I work with have solid people and technology but have settled into legacy architecture, outdated processes, or habits that no longer serve the business. I help unstick both sides at once — the technical solutions and the way teams work together to build and run them. For earlier-stage companies, the work looks different: getting the architecture and ways of working right before bad habits take hold.

Engagements are flexible. Depending on what you need, I can lead a piece of work end-to-end, work alongside your existing team while training them as we go, or focus purely on building your people's capability — consulting, training, or a blend of both.
